Ben Carson

Ben Carson is Vice President of Chemical Dynamics and part of the third generation of Carsons at the Plant City company his grandfather, W.B. "Hap" Carson, founded in 1973. He oversees Chemical Dynamics' industrial business development and partnerships nationwide.

Ben came to the family business from finance. He started as an investment banking analyst at Stephens Inc. before joining Chemical Dynamics, where he held the titles Director of Strategy and Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. He has brought in new manufacturing partners and taken the plant into industries outside agriculture, diversifying Chemical Dynamics' impressive manufacturing portfolio.

He holds a bachelor's degree from Samford University and is currently studying at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Ben wants to build something the next generation of Carsons can pick up and carry forward, the way he and his brother have. That goes for everyone at Chemical Dynamics. Some of the people on the plant floor had parents and grandparents working here before them, and the whole place still runs like a family.
