How it works.

Independent dealers shouldn't have to compete on price for products they didn't make. CDI formulates custom liquid fertilizers around your crops, your timing, and your customers — so you sell something competitors can't quote line-for-line.

Custom formulation starts with the product gap you want solved in your county, not a generic me-too analysis. Our chemists and agronomists translate that gap into a label-ready liquid product you can build a story around.

Most programs move from a discovery call to a first batch in four to eight weeks: define the target, draft the formulation, confirm stability and tank-mix compatibility, approve the label, then produce and ship. Minimums start at 500 gallons per SKU — no 2,000-gallon barrier to entry.

What is the minimum order for a custom formulation?
500 gallons per SKU — well below the roughly 2,000-gallon industry threshold. Pilot batches ahead of a commercial commitment can be smaller.
Do I own the formulation?
Yes. Custom formulations developed for a dealer are owned by that dealer under a written supply agreement, and we do not resell them to your competitors.
How does territory exclusivity work?
Custom products are tied to your territory. Inside a partner territory we route grower inquiries back to you — that channel protection is the point of doing custom work.
How long does it take to get the first batch?
Most programs run four to eight weeks from discovery call to first batch, depending on chemistry complexity, label approval, and packaging lead times.
Can you help with the label?
Yes. We produce print-ready labels from your brand assets, including compliant guaranteed-analysis layout and barcoding.
