How it works.
When an off-the-shelf product won't do the job, we'll build one that will. Custom formulation is a partnership between your team and ours — concept, pilot batch, field validation, and commercial scale-up. Built for operations that run lean: 500-gallon minimum with packaging selected for the program. No 2,000-gallon barrier to entry.
Most custom projects start with a conversation: target crop or turf application, agronomic goal, application method, and any compatibility constraints. From there, our chemists draft a candidate formulation, run stability and tank-mix testing, and produce a pilot batch for you to trial in the field.
Once the formulation is validated, we scale to commercial production with full QC documentation. Ongoing revisions are part of the relationship — formulations evolve as your market does.

What is the minimum order quantity for a custom blend?
500 gallons per SKU — well below the ~2,000-gallon industry threshold. Pilot batches before commercial commitment can be smaller.
Do I own the formulation?
Yes. Custom formulations developed for a customer are owned by that customer under a written supply agreement.
How long does formulation development take?
Most projects move from kickoff to a tested pilot batch in 6–12 weeks. Commercial scale-up adds another 4–8 weeks depending on label and packaging needs.
